FurCanada (Kania Industries Inc.) is seeking a motivated skilled Furrier/Fur Designer to lead our fur department. Minimum 5 years’ experience in fur design, pattern making, fur machine use and fur cutting is required. A Bachelor Degree in either Arts or Business Administration majoring in Fur is required from a recognized University / College.
- Salary / Wages will commence at $30 per hour, $62,400 per annum with annual reviews.
- Overtime pay @ $45 per hour, based on 40 hours per week.
- Must be available for shift work and weekends.
- Holiday compensation commencing with 3 weeks per year.
- Proficient in English writing and speaking is required.

The successful candidate will have minimum 5 years of recent work experience in all North American and African species in which they have attained a high level of accuracy in the recreation of wildlife, including wildlife diorama’s and habitat recreation. Competition achievement at Professional level and or Taxidermy school certificate required. Proficient in English writing and speaking is required.
